We repair steel construction equipment components within Gallatin County, or all of Montana for a per diem. After thoroughly removing the damaged metal in order to ensure a proper fit for the replacement part, we create a new weld with material that meets or exceeds the strength of the original.To remove damaged metal, we use:
- Oxy-fuel and plasma for cutting through metal
- Carbon arc gouging for cracks and defects
Our replacement welding processes:
- Shielded metal arc welding (SMAW)
- Flux cored arc welding (FCAW)
